Eventi për Ditën e Europës organizohej për herë të parë në Gjirokastër. Aktiviteti kulmoi në mbrëmje në Kalanë e Argjiros, ku mes të tjerëve ishte i pranishëm edhe kryeministri Edi Rama, ambasadorja e BE-së në Shqipëri, Romana Vlahutin, ministrja e Kulturës, Mirela Kumbaro e të tjerë të ftuar.
